Marshall County Historical Society Annual Meeting

Pie Contest !!   Do you have a favorite family pie recipe??  Make it and bring it to be shared after the judging is complete.

   Program - Axtell and the upcoming celebration of their 150th.

Marshall County Historical Society Quarterly Meeting

       October 9, 2022  During the month of October, there will be a quilt show at the Lee Dam Art Center,  which is the joint effort of MCHS and the Quilt Divas displaying both vintage quilts and others.  On October 9th at 2:00, the program will be about vintage quilts.

Koester House Calendar

Work is moving along on the exterior restoration of the Koester House Museum and its outbuildings. Please drop by and see the brick masons, painters, and carpenters bringing this lovely lady from the 1800s back to her original beauty.

The tulips around the Koester House are absolutely beautiful this year!!

Coming Up- at the Koester House Museum on Wednesdays at 7 pm in June, July, and the first of August - Marshall County Community Band concerts. 

Bring your own lawn chairs.  Refreshments served.

 

 
 
Pony Barn Calendar

Tuesday, June 7, 2022 — The Pony Express Association's annual Re-Ride will pass through Marysville around 9:15 a.m. on its way from St. Joseph to Sacramento. Come by the barn between 8 and 10 a.m. for a breakfast of biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and fruit muffin. The $10 breakfast charge includes admission to the museum.
